n Engineering Inc. was commissioned in 2017 to provide engineering services for a 1.12-acre site in Toronto, Ontario, now developed into a gas station plaza with a six-pump gas bar, car wash, and convenience store. The project scope included site servicing and grading, stormwater management planning, entrance and road design, signage planning, and construction review.
Situated in a high-visibility location with heavy traffic from Highways 407 and 427, the site required efficient and practical design solutions. n Engineering Inc. developed innovative strategies to integrate existing services while meeting all requirements.
n Architecture Inc. supported the Site Plan Approval and the Building Permit process. Both teams collaborated to secure the necessary permits for site servicing and grading, ensuring alignment with the architectural vision.
Construction began in August 2021, with n Engineering Inc. conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety, and document completed work and next steps. The project was completed successfully in November 2022.
